Who We Are

Abrasives Unlimited is one of the foremost independent distributors of abrasives and MRO supplies serving the western United States. We started out in 1948 in the San Francisco Bay area as Industrial Tool and Supply Company, a small localized cutting tool distributor.

Since then, we’ve experienced significant expansion. Today, we are known as Abrasives Unlimited, a leader in the business of providing abrasives and MRO supplies to a broad cross-section of our region’s manufacturing community. Our customers count on us to provide the products they need for the ultimate in finish and job flow. We are one of the area’s key sources of bonded, coated, loose and super abrasives. With competitive pricing and service second to none, we offer a wide range of solutions tailored to each customer’s requirements.

Abrasive Unlimited’s wide-ranging customer base includes foundries and the aerospace, automotive, woodworking, metal working and ship repair industries. A special focus is placed on the semiconductor, optoelectronic and memory segments in the electronics industry.

Abrasive Unlimited’s state-of-the-art facilities are conveniently located throughout the region we serve in California, Arizona, Oregon, and Nevada. We also have a subsidiary located in Guaymas, Mexico. Our facilities are in close proximity to our customers’ plants to assure quick response.
